Keysight B2987A Electrometer High Resistance Meter with 0.01 fA Resolution and 10 PΩ Measurement Battery-Powered

The Keysight B2987A electrometer/high resistance meter enables confident measurement of small currents with 0.01 fA (0.01 × 10⁻¹⁵ A) resolution and resistances up to 10 PΩ (10 × 10¹⁵ Ω). Battery operation eliminates AC line noise from critical measurements. The 4.3" color LCD display with graphical user interface provides data in trend chart and histogram formats. The intuitive front panel captures transient behavior for quick statistical analysis without a PC. The available Keysight setup integrity checker software option compares noise levels of various cabling and fixture arrangements to isolate external noise sources.
